Right of withdrawal

Pursuant to Legislative Decree 185/99, the parties who are not classified as consumers, or the professional ones who are in the process of purchasing VAT for invoicing, are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

The customer subject falling within the category of consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract for any reason and without any penalty within and not more than 10 working days from the date of delivery of the goods.

The notice of withdrawal must be made by email to [email protected] by posting as a legal right of action or by using the special function that is on the site in the personal account, and the client must also send the order within 48 hours later a registered letter with receipt.

The customer of OWN expenses will have to return the goods within 10 days of the authorization of the right to the address that will be communicated by e-mail.

However, the right of withdrawal is subject to the following conditions:

- The goods must be returned in full, complete with all parts and original packaging (packs, envelopes, boxes and any accompanying documents).

- The goods must not show signs of wear or use of any kind.

- The right applies only to the goods in its entirety, so it is not possible to use the right of withdrawal only for part of the goods purchased.

- Shipment up to the receipt of the goods at our warehouse will be under the responsibility of the recalcitrant customer.

In case of damage to the goods during transport, Resin Lovers S.r.l.s, will notify the customer (within 5 days of receipt of the goods) to allow him to reap the courier he chooses and to obtain the refund value of the goods in case they are insured. In this case the product will be made available to the customer for its return, canceling the withdrawal request at the same time.

Resin Lovers S.r.l.s does not in any way respond to any damages, theft or loss of goods returned with unsolicited shipments.

The right of withdrawal is totally invalid when the conditions of essential integrity of the good (packaging and / or content) are lacking in cases where our company has established:

        Damage to the product (s) for causes other than transport.
        The absence of integral elements of the product.
        Lack of outer packaging and / or original packaging.
Except for any damage to the original packaging, Resin Lovers Srls, will repay to the customer the entire amount already paid, net of the shipping costs incurred, within 30 days of the return of the goods through Paypal or by bank transfer of the amount. In the latter case, it will be up to the customer to provide the banking co-ordinates on which they can get the refund (Cod. ABI - CAB - Current Account Receiver Account Manager).

In case of cancellation of the right of withdrawal, theresinlovers.com will return to the sender the purchased goods, charging the shipment costs. The right of withdrawal does not apply to products sold by theresinlovers.com as it has now ordered the product specifically requested by the customer. The right of withdrawal applies to natural persons (consumers) who act for purposes that may be considered to be foreign to their business. They are therefore excluded from the right of withdrawal, purchases made by resellers and companies.
