The shipments are from 6.16 € (VAT inclusive).
For the Islands and Calabria are 8€ (VAT inclusive).
For orders with a total amount of over 60€, shipping charges are free of charge.
N.B: Extra charges may apply for particularly large and / or heavy shipments. Should such a condition occur, the buyer will be immediately informed before the order is delivered and will be able to choose whether to accept or settle the sales agreement without justifications.
Shipments are made to the peninsula in the following countries: Spain - France - Germany - United Kingdom - Austria - Belgium - Denmark - Portugal - Ireland - Poland - Hungary - Luxembourg - Monaco - Czech Republic - The Netherlands - Croatia - Slovenia - Sweden - Finland - Greece - Slovakia.
Shipment costs are set according to the weight of the goods. Shipping time varies from delivery time on average 2-6 days.

All ordered products will be shipped within 24-48 hours after receiving the order. All orders received after 12:00 will be shipped the next day. Orders received on Friday after the hours previously indicated will be delivered to the carrier on Monday of the following week.
As soon as the parcel is charged to the carrier and the identification code arrives, you will be able to track the shipment using the tracking number we will send you via email, or, which you will find in your account in the order history section (in the order history section) order of reference). It may take some time before the tracking number is visible.
* Delivery will be made via the GLS express courier, within 48 hours after ordering and working days (therefore excluding Saturday, Sunday and Holiday Days). Delivery to the islands requires an additional working day, while deliveries to difficult to reach locations may take longer. Deliveries may cause delays and variations due to traffic conditions, due to force majeure or acts by the Authorities. In any event, it will not be possible to hold Resin Lovers Srls responsible.
Shipment takes place via express GLS courier from Monday to Friday from 10am to 6pm. In case of absence of the recipient, the courier will try a second delivery by trying to contact you in advance to agree on the modalities.
Even if the second delivery attempt fails, the parcel will remain in the carrier's warehouse for 9 days and you will be able to fetch it physically, after that period the parcel will be returned to our venue.
Packaging is done directly by the product supplier to which Resin Lovers Srls leans. Our company is committed to making these packings always accurate, using different methods depending on the product type and size.
For the most delicate products, the protective pluriball (or equivalent) packing will be used to preserve the contents of the package.
The buyer is asked to indicate a correct destination address, where there is a person who can pick up the goods delivered by the courier.
Once you have received the delivery, we invite you to:
Verify that the package (s) received / are / are in good condition, otherwise immediately raise any disputes to the courier and please withdraw the goods in reserve mode, otherwise they will be considered to be delivered.
That the number of packages indicated on the carrier letter is the correct one.
