Innoprimer is a two-component epoxy enamel that can be used as a primer or as a primer and facilitates the adhesion of epoxy resins and other materials on particular types of surfaces (such as concrete or wood). Suitable for building cycles of floors where it is necessary to have a coating that allows a good "wettability" of the substrate and perfect adhesion of the subsequent layers.

With a final thickness of 200 microns (1Kg / 5mq) the substrate is still breathable and guarantees perfect adhesion without the risk of bubbles and empty spaces.

It is necessary to proceed with the application of the products only on intact substrates that do not have parts that could cause detachment of material. In particular, dust, oils and greases, paint residues, residues of adhesive products and traces of rubber must be eliminated.

APPLICATION:

1) Cleaning and preparing the substrate

2) Mix part A very well

3) Weigh and add component B (25% by weight)

4) Mix very well for at least 1-2 minutes

5) Dilute if necessary with 10% water

6) Apply with a short / medium pile roller (1Kg / 5mq)
