Liquid cast silicone rubber specifically formulated to withstand casting with low-alloy casting alloys. High resistances at high temperatures up to 350 ° C and therefore suitable for making molds that are used with metal castings such as lead, pond and other similar alloys. This silicone rubber allows for very hard vulcanizations, which allow good heat dissipation, low coefficient of elongation and dimensional stability.

Casting silicone rubber FERTON PROFUSION, thanks to the increased hardness of the vulcanized material, allows continuous machining with a greater number of moldings without deforming the mold.

The rubber base is a red viscous liquid that, before being used, must be mixed with a spatula since some formulation elements tend to sediment to the bottom. After the dose of the rubber removed, carefully add and mix 5% of the relative catalyst.

The specific formulation of the rubber for high temperatures and the higher hardness of the vulcanized gives this liquid silicone rubber to cast excellent properties of resistance to chemical attack of epoxy, polyurethane and cement resins.
