The characteristic of this silicone rubber is thixotropy, that is, the ability to not go down in the application on vertical surfaces. In addition, it allows brush application an easy and fast system from which to obtain thinner coats with thicknesses of few millimeters, which allow for less material consumption and good penetration into detail.
If you want to get thicker casts, you need to make more of your product or add a thixotropic agent.
This type of silicone rubber is often used as an alternative to silicone rubber modulable HERE, for the reproduction of large artifacts such as rocks, statues and architectural elements.
The formulation can not be applied over silanized surfaces.
